Adobe InCopy CC 2015 lets copywriters and editors style text, track changes, and make simple layout modifications to a document while designers can be working simultaneously on the same document using InDesign - all without overwriting each other's contributions.

Functionality:

Conditional text. You can quickly create multiple versions of the same document based on the source file Adobe InCopy CC. Make books for teachers/students, multilingual publishing, and much more, creating conditions and applying them to text to hide content without using layers.
Edit the tables in the view modes "Material" and "Proofs". Edit your table content directly in the text layout in preview modes "Proofs" and "Material" that allows you to fix the location of the text without breaking the layout of the tables.

Track changes in tables. Accelerate document review, due to the possibility of tracking changes in tables. View changes to table content directly in the document InCopy CC, without making hard copies.

Built-in editorial notes in tables. Simplify collaboration on the contents of the table by storing alternate text, messages exchanged between a writer and editor, as well as other comments and notes relating to specific text in the table. You can easily add, delete, hide and show notes, as well as navigate between them.

Support cross-references. Simplify writing and drafting long documents by creating cross-references are updated when you change or move the contents within the document Adobe InDesign.

Support for turning a reversal. Simplify editing non-horizontal content with support for turning a reversal in steps of 90°. Rotation pivot, introduced in InDesign CC, supported and InCopy CC.

New features Adobe InCopy CC 2015:

The new eyedropper tool. The eyedropper tool is used to copy the formatting attributes of selected text and apply them to another selection. Individual formatting attributes are selected and adjusted in the dialog box "Settings "eyedropper" tool". Cm. Copying text attributes (eyedropper tool).

Paragraphs that span multiple columns. In InCopy CS5, you can create paragraphs that span multiple columns. You can also split a paragraph into multiple columns within a single text frame. Cm. Create paragraphs that unite or separate the columns.

Variables of the signature. In InDesign CS5, you can create a signature based on the image metadata using a variety of ways. In interactive captions, use the new text variable called "caption metadata. For use in InDesign, you can create and edit text variables signatures.

Extended the functionality of the "Track changes". The change tracking feature is now available in InCopy and InDesign CS5. In InCopy panel track changes includes intuitive icons. In the menu "Change" contains additional parameters that allow you to accept or reject changes to the current copy or in all materials. You can also accept or reject changes made by individual reviewers. Cm. Track and review changes.

Mini Bridge. Mini Bridge is a subset of Adobe Bridge, presented in InCopy as a panel. Complete preview files on your local hard drive or server without launching Adobe Bridge and without leaving InCopy. Drag and drop the files into the frames for editing or open them directly in InCopy that it is easier and faster.

Improved integration with Adobe Bridge. New option under "file Handling" allows to create thumbnails of pages, not only for the first page of InCopy files. The default number of pages for which thumbnails are created, is 2, however, this number could be changed to 1, 2, 5, 10, or All. Thumbnails can now be viewed on "View" in Bridge. If a larger number of pages for which thumbnails are created, the time required to save documents InCopy increases.

The fonts installed by the document. In InDesign CS5 when you select the option to include the document fonts in the package generated by the command "Pack", InDesign creates a folder named "document Fonts". When you open the file InDesign or InCopy, located in the same folder that contains the folder "document Fonts", these fonts are installed automatically. Cm. Installed fonts in the document.

Integration with Buzzword. Buzzword is a word processor with a web interface that allows you to create and save text files on the web server. In InCopy CS5 has the ability to import text from documents Buzzword and export content in Buzzword.

Improved layers. The palette "Layers" in InCopy provides a higher degree of control over the documents. The individual elements are arranged on a layer can be hidden or locked. Cm. The use of layers.

Note in closing: while testing this portable build on Windows 7 SP1 (x32 and x64) I couldn't close the program using File>Exit and the cross in the upper right corner. I had to forcefully end the process InCopy.exe in "task Manager".
